LAOC offers a variety of free legal clinics. Because of Covid some of these clinics are being held remotely. The intention is to resume in-person clinics when it is safe and permissible.
LAOC attorneys staff a weekly landlord-tenant clinic where people receive landlord–tenant advice and, in appropriate circumstances, full representation in landlord-tenant matters.
LAOC partners with the Rochester Public Library and Elder Network to offer a “Wills Clinic” for senior citizens.
LAOC partners with FATHER Project (Fostering Actions To Help Earnings & Responsibility) through Olmsted County Social Services providing clinics to help non-custodial fathers with legal issues such as paternity, custody, and parenting time.
LAOC partners with Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services to provide an Eviction Clinic at eviction hearings at the Olmsted County Courthouse.
LAOC partners with Intercultural Mutual Assistance Association to provide legal clinics twice a month.
