Mission: To provide meaningful access to the judicial system in civil, non-fee producing legal matters to those residents of Olmsted County who would otherwise be denied such access due to an inability to pay for legal services.

Free Legal Clinic - Tuesday, October 26, 2010
Participants will have the opportunity to meet with a volunter attorney regarding the topics of bankruptcy, child support, custody, employment, estate planning, expungement, forclosures, housing, immigration, marriage dissolution, and parenting time. The clinic will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church, 810 Third Ave SE, Rochester.

Free Tenant Rights Clinic
Tenant's Rights Clinics are held each Friday of the month from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. You will complete an eligibility questionnaire and if determined eligible, you would be able to meet with an attorney to discuss your rights as a tenant.

Free Bankruptcy Advice Clinic
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Volunteer Lawyers Network announce commencement of a Bankruptcy Advice Clinic in the Twin Cities. The Clinic is a free service under which low income Minnesota residents contemplating bankruptcy, as well as pro se debtors and creditors already involved in pending bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, can receive up to 15 minutes of basic information and bankruptcy-related advice from members of the bar.
